Dusty
Does anyone use the .22 conversions from Kimber to practice with?
Flyin40
I have used one before. I use a Marvel conversion now. The Kimber did just fine and served its purpose. Just realize that 22lr will have problems. Misfires etc are normal. The Kimber should work just fine. Flyin40
Flexmoney
A search for "22 conversion" came back with these threads. Ought to be a few worth reading. http://www.brianenos.com/forums/index.php?...e=22+conversion
Gun Geek
Short answer is yes! I have a Kimber version and a Glock conversion as well. My club doesn't allow us to use 22s in the action pits (yeah, your're right) so I mostly use it at the standstill range. Still very helpful. I have very little problem ever. Be sure you use high velocity 22s, cycling can be an issue if you don't (put that's in the instructions). The only thing I don't like is that they are 10rd mags... MikeFoley
My Kimber conversion works great with Hyper Velocity stuff, but doesn't like the cheap Federals too much. This is a great tool for one shot draws, and my PACT timer picks it up fine.

I just bought one for my 34 and think it will be a help on trigger control but will it really?
MikeFoley
The draw stroke and sight alignment are the same, that is what I like about it. I see no difference on one shot drills.
