We´d like to invite you to the second year of the 3 GUN Tournament in the wonderful surroundings of Český Krumlov (military area of Boletice) on 3. – 5.8.2006. [Aug 3-5 for US folks..]

Last year we laid the foundation stone for a new IPSC competition, unique in Europe:

a tournament of three weapons – handgun, shotgun and rifle.

Please find all the information on this website: http://www.3gun.cz or if you have any question, don’t hesitate to contact us: info@3gun.cz

We trust you will enjoy the 3 GUN 2006 Tournament.

Yours faithfully,

Organization committee Shooting club SQUAD

Milan Trkulja and Jiri Sery

Adding: While I've not been to Cesky Krumlov, I've heard it's beautiful. Many Czechs speak English and they have good beer. This is on my "really want to go" list.

If you get a chance to shoot this match, GO. They do a heck of a job on the comp. Going to be a little different than the 3 gun matches in the US. Kind of like old fashioned USPSA three gun stages where it is only one gun per stage. It is actually one gun per day!

The link to the article is in the shooting journal on http://mattburkett.com

Take care,

Matt

Hope to see you guys there!

There will be a possibility to borrow a rifle CZ 858 Tactical and shotgun Remington 870 at no charge. There will be a fun for sure, but we cannot promise that there will not be any rainy day. :D

Registration: Till 20.6. 2006 or till the capacity of match will be exhausted. You can register yourself on www.3gun.cz

Flying to the Czech Republic with guns was exceedingly easy. All you need is an invitation to the match which you print out at home from the http://www.3gun.cz website and then go to the police station in the airport and they will get you checked in and issue you a firearms transportation permit http://www.3gun.cz/modules.php?op=modload&...opic=3&catid=54 Took about 15 minutes and you will be out of the airport. When you are in the country for competition there are no fees for the permit. The people in CZ seem very positive about guns and sport shooting.

Hi Adrie,

thank you, but my shotgun was really bad, I need practise. You are true, one day on Rifle match was horrible weather. But was fun.

Thanks Adrie and I hope to see you next year.
