Bruce Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 Have a revolver that was given to me years back, thought I might dress her up a bit. Good quality stag grips?

straightshooter1 Posted March 2, 2006 Posted March 2, 2006 Check www.smith-wessonforum.com in the Classifieds. You have to register to view them though. Do a search and you will find a fellow who makes them out of Elk and they are quite nice, very reasonable, and I have not seen anyone complain about the fit. I have not purchased any but he seems to sell every pair he lists. Bob
straightshooter1 Posted March 11, 2006 Posted March 11, 2006 (edited) Not sure if you are still looking for stag grips or not, but the fellow who sells them is listed in the Classifieds on the Smith forum today and a picture of a pair he made for a member is shown-beautiful work and the price is far below the commercial guys. I don't know him and haven't purchased any grips from him, but the folks on that Forum who have raved about the quality. Bob Edited March 14, 2006 by straightshooter1
MBaneACP Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 I think this is the guy from the S&W forum: http://grashornsgunworks.com/_wsn/page2.html Looks really good and he seems like a heck of a guy. I'm ordering a ste for omne of my Rugers! Michael B
straightshooter1 Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 If he uses the name "executioner" that is him. The grips certainly look like his. I have never bought from him. I have considered putting a set on a Smith K frame Model 19 I have had for many years, but never got around to it. Keep buying rifles and Glocks instead. Bob
