Is win 231 the same as hp-38? Win WAP the same as Ramshot Silohouette?

HP 38 is the same powder as W231, but Hogdon puts another coating on the powder, so the powder charge between them will be about .01-.02 grains difference, but realistically, yes they are the same.

Ramshot Sillhouette is Repackaged Winchester Action Pistol, some of the best .355 bore powder made, and I burned over 16lbs of it in 10mm as well. When I used Ramshot after I ran out of WAP I used the same load data and it was right on. Hope this helps.....
