CSEMARTIN
I used to live in Illinois, and I bought several guns from Don Barth at Pekin Gun in Pekin, Illinois. One day he shared a story with me that I found rather hilarious. Don lives in the country, and he loves to shoot. One summer his neighbor sold his house, and a new guy moved in. This new neighbor didn't care for guns or shooters. Most of the time when Don went outside to shoot on his own property, this new neighbor would come over, stand on the property line, and just stare at him the entire time. The new neighbor went so far as to have an eight foot chain linked fence put up on the property line that went about three hundred feet. Imagine what that cost! Conviced that this new neighbor had put up the fence on Don's property, Don paid a surveyor to come out and prove it. The next time Don went outside to shoot, you guessed it, the new neighbor came out, stood by the fence, and commenced with his usual stare routine. Don finally had enough, walked up to the guy and gave him the bad news about his new fence. The fence stayed, but the new neighbor never caused him any grief again.
