haras
I just bought a used CR Speed Holster and it has an Arrendondo muzzle plug/bracket in place of the stock muzzle cup. Is there a way to reverse the purple muzzle plug on the bracket? How? Also does anyone have a muzzle cup they would sell me? I'd like to try both ways. Thanks
Scout454
The muzzle platform should have 2 posts. One for 9mm and one for 40/45. Remove the screw and flip it over. I had a couple of cups but may have thrown them out when I moved. I'll take a look in the shop tomorrow. The Arrendondo platform is faster. Thanks The cups dont even come on the new CR speed holsters. They already have the muzzle pin from the factory.
haras
Ok, I'll forget the cup and stick with the plug. Here is a picture of what mine looks like. I don't see a screw. and didn't try too hard to unscrew the two ends (considering these things cost $30). How do I flip this little purple thing? stingerjg
the plug dosent come off the bracket. Remove the whole assy (that you have pictured above) and turn it over 180deg to use the larger sized plug. After rotating the enitre piece, attach it back to your holster. It will look somthing like this. Edited January 22, 2006 by stingerjg
haras
Thanks, I'd already figured that out. But that restricts my length options. I would rather flip just the plug. Is this thing a press fit? Can I push it out? I couldn't find a Arrendondo web site. Does one exist? Hoo..hoo I found it and sent them an email. thanks for all your help. I'll bring the word back. stingerjg
Thanks, I'd already figured that out. But that restricts my length options. well it should be long enough for most limited guns. Generally open guns are longer than limited guns. haras
Got my answer today. The little buggers are glued together at the factory and will be destroyed before you can seperate then. They are selling me a replacement for $3. That way I can flip them over. Thanks for your help and the offer on the cups.
