Bad Customer Service

Went to pickup a nightstand my fiance had ordered and paid for at a furniture store.

Entered the store, was told I had to pull around to loading dock. Pulled around, nobody at dock, wandered into back area of store, found an employee, asked him for help, told me to go to the front desk, where I had already been. When I thanked him he retorted "what do you want me to do, I'd have to do the same thing".

Finally got the item after much waiting. Brought it home, turns out it's a different item that we like better, called the store to check the price on it, costs twice as much as the nighstand the fiance had paid for, so they lose $50 and I'm never shopping there again.

Still contemplating whether to call the store manager.
