Anyone know of any reliable welding capable gunsmiths in the US?

I have a couple barrels with lower lugs that I would like to get material added to so I can re-fit them correctly.

It's amazing how many flaws you can discover after learning how to fit 1911 barrels yourself.

Doesn't need to be a gunsmith.  Anyone with a TiG welder who knows how to use it can do that for you.

I recommend Pete at wicked welding or George at Micro Weld Inc.

Is Jojo offering welding services? If so that's good to know.

I used Tony at last year to micro weld a 2011 frame.  He did a great job. Quick turnaround and only charged $100. Ship your serialized part to On Target Guns and let them know you have a welding job for Tony.
