Dr. Phil
I have found the brass-colored ones to fire in everything, auto and revolver (7 lb trigger.) I see them as maybe a touch harder that Federals in brass and about the same as Winchester with the silver-colored ones. The 1st 5K I bought has both colors in the packages. I will stock up again now that the price is creeping down. BTW I save my last 5K or so for competition with the revolver, just in case.

Skytrooper
I have used these for the last couple of years. Yes, they are a touch harder than the Winchester 500's I had been using previously. Depending on your gun you could change the hammer spring.
kellymc
I think these are harder than CCI primers
4n2t0
I don't find them less sensitive than CCI, but they are harder to seat fully. Winchester, and especially Federal, are more sensitive than most, but all others seem fairly comparable to me. Edited May 23 by 4n2t0
fbzero
On the harder end to ignite(think CCI), a bit harder to seat than most if you aren't swaging primer pockets. All properly seated ones go bang in my experience.
flyinverted
I've gone through 10K of these. All have gone bang in my 2011, P320, CZ 75. AR-9. Yes they take 3-4 more lbs of ummph on the 650 upstroke to seat.
Aar0n_K
I hand prime and have loaded over 30K of these over the last year or two. They work great.
Tampa-XD45
I've loaded about 10K on a Dillon 750 with no issues. I also load Federal primers for revolver and I don't notice a difference between the two brands while loading.

Dodgerblues
I would say comparable to CCI, if not a little harder.

Previous owner/friend said he hand primed bc he could never get the priming system to work reliably, so I decided to do the same. If/when I do upgrade to a Dillon then I won't need to hand prime anymore

mike4045
They work in everything but a really light spring striker gun. I may go back to a stock spring.
