What's up with Dillon?

I've found their online support process to be a little hit or miss.

I think they are like me, a bunch of older folks who would rather talk personally to their customers rather than electronically. Whenever I have an issue they send out parts and answer questions over the phone with a personal touch.

I agree. I speak to Sam all the time. Great guy gets me what I need to my door fast. He is in the automated department.
