Sarge
One of my newish pocket Pro’s is sounding a second beep at around 2.5 minutes. Tried several new batteries, par is set to 0, etc. thoughts?

Sarge
No, it’s 2 minutes 45 seconds.

Something you may try is, take the battery out, push and hold the power button for about 5 seconds, then just let it sit for about 10 min. Put the battery back in and see what happens. Its almost like it’s not recognizing the zero par time. I’ve done this on other electronics and sometimes it works sometimes not. If not, you know what to do Monday AM. One other thing I though you might try is to set the par time to two seconds or so to see if it works. Then set it to .2 seconds and see what that does. When I set mine to anything less than a second it doesn’t beep. Just something else to try. Edited August 29, 2022 by Farmer Added
Sarge
The fine folks at Competition Electronics came through! Apparently there is a small ghost in the machine. Turn on the pocket pro timers and hold down the PAR button until 0 shows. If there is a decimal point in front of the 0 (.0) then you need to hard reboot the device. To reboot, Power down by removing battery, reinstall battery, hold down the review button and tap the power button. Then press and hold PAR again and decimal point will be gone. Blueknight749
I recently purchased a newer pocket pro with the BT feature and it doesn’t have the issue you’re speaking of. I would suggest calling the manufacturer.
