We made sure the springs on the bottom side are lubed and we took the collator plate out and cleaned it. Those springs are replaceable. It ended up worked for us. Between the cleaning ensuring they plastic shuttle (outside black piece to keep primers from flipping) and the to lube it rerouted all the way around and we haven’t had problem sense.
