There is no rule in USPSA that says the muzzle must remain below the top of the berm.

there you go. the rules at organized uspsa competitions almost always allow you to point the gun over the berm.... they just dont allow you to pull the trigger then.

thank you motosapiens   Just wanted to make sense of this  the opposite of a round hitting the ground to close to a shooter  Now back to my training flip eject and catch.
