Anyone else have issues with their dillon presses rusting?

Box looked fine upon arrival, everything looked brand new. No floods lately. I suspect it may just be how humid it is this close to the coast, but it’d also be nice if Dillon started using stainless steel parts. Finding 1/4-28 stainless steel socket head screws is gonna be a bitch

local fastenall has all the sh$t you need.

slather everything with corrosion x.

That’s gonna be the first step. Going at the platform with a brass brush and a drill/dremel, and then some kind of rust reformer

naval jelly whacks surface rust pretty good.    loctite make some.

I've also used Boeshield Rust and Stain remover.

Worked great on the top surface of a table saw that was ignored.

spray lanolin/alcohol mix on the black oxide nuts/bolts/hex head screws.

I'd avoid stainless steel screws.   More chance of galling the threads with stainless steel.

So you have never lubed your machine?

Me? Yeah, I lube the typical moving parts (zerk fittings, ram shaft, etc). But I'm getting rust in static places that I did not typically lube. So I coated the entire thing in grease and threw a dehumidier in the garage - though I doubt the dehumidifer can keep up with a 2 car garage that's sealed about as well as as screen door.
