You should receive instructions by email from USPSA, you can also vote by going to uspsa.org, logging in, and then going to Member Resources, USPSA Elections, 2022 Special Election for President. Once there, you can see candidates including their bios and other information, and on How To Vote there is a Vote Now link you can use to cast your vote.
