Bakerjd
I have 10lb of this and the only known load data I have was from the guy I got it from. His load is as follows: 4.9gn 180gn coated bullet 1.130OAL .423 crimp. Says it makes a 167PF My normal 40 loads are a 200gn at 1.180 so not sure if his load data would help me or not. Anyways, wondering if anyone has used this powder for 40? Or should I stick with win231 or ramshot Competition? Thanks, Josh
Nathanb
https://www.maxamcorp.com/en/cartridges-components/components/powder it does Not look like the vendor has load data for 40. But that chart formatting is pretty bad
limitedgun
I have 100lbs of CSB-1P and have used it for 40 major with 180 coated bullets. Can't remember my exact data but I started out around the lowest Universal Clays loads and worked up. It always ran consistent and fairly clean. I am getting ready to load some more with it since I have so much.
