Arakisk
Got a hold of a few hundred BR-4 primers, which are CCI's harder rifle primers. The gun will be a PCC with a Hiperfire Eclipse trigger, so ignition will not be a problem. I am aware that SRPs are often used for 9mm Major by some people. Will there be any issue with use in a minor loading for a few hundred rounds (breech face erosion or something of the sort)? Farmer
Shouldn’t be a problem, I’ve used them in my 327 FM and they worked fine. Actually I think they are possibly a bit softer than a standard srp. I got a little more flattening with them VS a std CCI SRP, but then again it mashes everything. Rnlinebacker
They are superb primers. Handpicked in lots for bench rest shooters that are putting rounds out to 1000+. Go bang with my 15 pound mainspring no problem. You should be good
galt11
If you were closer, I would happily trade you for some other SPP
Jim Watson
I found them to be harder than WSR, FSR, or any pistol primer. Had to be hand seated, my 550 would not set them.

BrianATL
Breech face erosion can happen in a hurry. Keep a watch
