AlStewart Posted June 21, 2021 Share Posted June 21, 2021 Hi! New guy here with questions about his brand new VR80: What is the black part pictured? Looks like a compensator, but I can't find it in the manual and don't see anywhere to install it. It was included in the box, but I can't find any reference to it. I see a couple of rings in the parts list, that I don't find in the gun. I haven't fired it yet, so I don't know if they are really needed, or maybe the manufacturer redesigned and did away with them and the book hasn't been updated. The are highlighted in the image attached. I'm going out today run a couple hundred rounds through it for break in. If the rings are needed, I'll probable notice right away. Thanks for your advice!
