Practicalomaha
Are magpul b.a.d. Levers legal in PCC? If so any good reason to not use it or just person preference? Thanks! Link to comment
Boomstick303
I’m assumming you are asking for USPSA? Not sure when you would ever use one in competition. Cannot think of a rule off the top of my head that would prevent it. Edited March 31, 2021 by Boomstick303 Link to comment
MemphisMechanic
Legal. Also irrelevant, but you can have one on your rifle. Link to comment

AHI
Most PCCs don't lock open. No need. Link to comment

Fasthenk65
but with the ones which do you are faster with some starts mag placed / not loaded in IPSC! Link to comment

rishii
I use them on my rifles, my colt mag PCC does lock back and it makes it easier to ulsc and on locked back reloads it’s easier and faster for me to hit the b.a.d then the bolt release 1 warning, when using to drop the bolt keep you index finger straight and hit with the pad flat on the lever, and don’t have your finger bent and use the tip, your finger may after hitting the b.a.d continue on to the trigger and boom. don’t ask me how I know this Link to comment
stick
I use them on my 223's for 3 gun, but not on my PCC's. The bolt shouldn't lock open in USPSA with a PCC with the hicap magazines. Link to comment

They let you start with the bolt locked to the rear? The presence of a BAD lever is obviously irrelevant, if you have to run the charging handle after starting with a closed chanber. But also I have never shot the gun dry in a match, nor encountered an “unloaded start, slide/bolt lockef open” start position. So you’d only use a BAD Lever when clearing malfunctions, or at ULSC. grottulf
In IPSC you can choose to have open action at unloaded starts. Link to comment
