Aasp76 Posted February 26, 2021 Share Posted February 26, 2021 Hello, Recently I bought a couple of PD match bull barrels, one of them threaded 11/16-40 since I want to change my Limited Custom base open build. Actually I'm using the Durso comp, and It's good but can't get use to the extra long comp, so, with this PD barrels I want to explore the 2011 comps variety. Any good or bad experience to share ? advantages of using any in particular ? Really need advice about 2011 comps, so any comment will be appreciate. Thanks in advance! MikeBurgess Posted March 1, 2021 Share Posted March 1, 2021 the only issue I have with 2011 comps is cosmetic, the Tanfoglio barrel and top of slide radius are not on the same center line like a 2011 so that will not line up well also the barrel is pointed down hill about 1deg so the comp will also point down 1 deg compared to the top of the slide. The fun part will be with the full length frame you will have to relive the back of the comp to fit inside the frame rails so it can cycle. PS love the paint job, very pretty gun.
