Nick_shoots_fast
I’ve seen the 1911 style blue gun that takes a detachable mag. Has anyone seen one for a 2011? thinking about using a blue gun in the back yard to work on some stuff but want one that takes detachable mags. Nolan
Buy a cheap airsoft Hi-Cappa, and magazines, spray paint them blue and have fun... https://www.evike.com/products/47228/ less than $10 https://www.evike.com/products/10969/ $48 https://www.evike.com/products/14927/ $118 and some that cost almost as much as a cheap used 2011. MikeBurgess
Is there a reason not to use your actual 2011 for dry fire in your back yard? Will running around wit something that looks like a gun but is a different color than most fix it? if its to make your neighbors feel safe remember they are likely not to know what a blue gun is, to them its just a gun. Someone Driving by or one of the neighbors may think you are using a real gun and call the police and state there’s a guy with a gun at this address. Maybe this is a terminology thing, but is 'blue gun' the notoriously plastic training gun that isn't a gun? I've never heard it before. As someone else said, Hi-Cappa is probably best. That was the suggestion I got last time I considered Airsoft.
