Alright, after discussing with Mr Spresser over email and not being in my excited/tired state from traveling all day last night, I want to clarify - it is MY fault the grips broke. His website clearly states that his grips may require some additional fitting due to variations between frames of the mini revolvers. When I had difficulty getting the grips to lay flat I should’ve stopped immediately and contacted the maker for help, which is clearly stated on each page of other grips on his website and I do recall seeing it on the page for the resin ivory grips when I ordered them.

 

Long story short, the chipped grip should NOT reflect on Spresser Custom Grips. This was my mistake for being an idiot
