I figured the same thing at first but after testing different combos, the best configuration for me ended up being the 14lb spring and steel guide rod for the iron sighted gun. I see several people commenting about changing the guide rod. If you have a legion, a SS is not an upgrade. Just a different material than the stock. Waste of money. A tungsten gr will add weight.
