jwhittin
Picked up this Craftsman Sig P320 guide rod. Great quality and very inexpensive. Edited December 18, 2020 by jwhittin

ltdmstr
Well, from the part number I'd say it started life as a Craftsman 1/4" drive extension.
jwhittin
Hehe . I don’t have any expensive special tools. I used a drill (to keep cuts and filing concentric), Dremel with cutting wheel, a file and sand paper. Didn’t really need the file. It took about an hour and only cost $7. Better than $30 and waiting for weeks. I guess the Dremel is a special tool. It works great for stuff like this. Just wanted to share the idea. Should be plenty strong as it's a solid pice forged steel.
