euxx
Out of curiosity, why ipad for master? For instance, why not Fire 10? So, you stick all yo the same platform. The Fire 8 for scoring is the chepest option for a very decent quality.

The Fire 10 is a good and cheaper option than the Ipad.

Nathanb
I prefer the interface on iOS over android. It’s probably more familiarity than anything. you cannot beat the fire hd8 for the stage tablets
Darqusoull13
Another Kindle Fire. We use the Kids cases to protect them and make handling easier with the integrated handle.

TeedOff
My club bought the Ipad before the Fire 10 was available. The Fire 10 is a good and cheaper option than the Ipad.Because we were using Nooks at the time for scoring devices and only had the one iPad which was used for registration / walk ons, arranging squads and other similar admin functions which would have been inconvenient at best in a nook. stick
Most of the tablets also have the ability to have a external battery pack installed. At one of the clubs I shoot at, they have the external batteries attached to the back of the tablet cover which keeps it out of the way.
Nic_USPSA_C
That’s a good idea to attach the batteries, we have been fortunate to make it through our matches with an average of 50% battery life left. I always have done battery packs just in case,
