Tanfoglio Witness match --- cerakote?

I have two Tanfoglio Witness Elite Match pistols, one in 9mm and the other in .45.

I like them both - a LOT - but dislike two-tone guns.

Would having the frame cerakoted affect the performance in any way?

If so I'll skip it and be happy. Otherwise I'm considering it purely for aesthetic reasons.

Do you any of you have experiences here, good or bad?

Thanks!

should be fine, as long as the coater does a decent job it should not affect performance, if the rails are coated it will be a little tighter after coating for a few hundred rounds.

No, I know there are several around the SW Portland area that I have seen others use but I have not had any done myself, they seem to do a fine job.

I think the guy who operates out of the back of the gun shop in McMinnville does that kind of work. If I recall his DBA is Cascadia Gunworks.
