stick
Rant. I hope this is legal! I hate newb's reviving old threads to get their post count up!
Dranoel
And I'm betting when a newb asks a question that's been asked a thousand times, you tell him about the "SEARCH" function.

Hey now, every newb's dream (me included) is to be able to post threads in the classifieds lol

LeadThrower
While thread bumping is never encouraged on any forum... 50 posts is a heck of a lot to get full access to the classifieds. I know that the classifieds were an add-on to this forum, but when I needed to find an out of production Leopold scope, I was able to get a paid membership to Accurate Shooter and that was the "easy button" to finding what I needed. Here? Not so much.

Here? Not so much. The whole point was to ensure that the person you’re buying from is a longterm contributor to this forum and participant in the shooting sports. It’s SUPPOSED to heavily discourage people from joining with intent to sell. I don’t mind having a smaller pool to buy/sell from, if it means there’s a very good chance that someone will not rip me off. I’ve had flawless luck with our classifieds here. I’d be quite fine with it if Brian changed the limit to six months of membership and 200 posts. Edited July 15, 2020 by MemphisMechanic

Oh, for sure. Just challenging at times to have 50 posts when most of the info needed is already been sought and answered!
