Honeybooboo
What are the differences between the Shadow 2 and S2 Orange? Just the bushing and grips? I thought maybe the orange had a trigger job and was basically an S2 Accushadow but am I wrong about that?
usmc1977
From what I understand the S2 orange is built buy one gunsmith and hand fitted....This would lead me to believe that the fit of the S2 Orange is superior to the regular S2. I could be wrong about this but I am quite sure I read it here in forum from someone that kew what they are talking about. hitman_usmc
I believe you’re correct. Or I read the same post you did. That being said, I have a CZ custom S2 and F4E S2 that are pretty amazing. Edited July 1, 2020 by hitman_usmc
FALAR
The S2 Orange has the bushing, comp hammer, and short reset disconnector as well as hand fitting.
Fasthenk65
They are the same. SO should be more accurate I can't notice...
IF788
the largest difference is the ACCU bushing which is the only thing you can easily do yourself. that, and it has the CZC trigger job and internals, much like cajun. you can do all this to a stock S2. So basically, take a stock S2, fully pimp it out internally, and get an accurate bushing which costs about $300-$400 for CZC to do aftermarket, too expensive for most people to care. So if this matters to you, or you like the proposition of an accuracy-shadow, the orange is worth it. if you really don't care and just want and S2 with a nice trigger, the orange model is probably a bit over kill and over priced. id love to own one... but 2k for a shadow 2. ouch!
