Brimstone gunsmith for PC Carbine

So I reached out to Brimstone to see if they planned to do trigger work for the PC Carbine since they're so well known for their 10/22 work and this is what they said:

 

"We have put that on the back burner currently with the generational differences. It is on the list when we get to it tho."

 

I wonder what they mean by generational differences? To my knowledge, all the different versions of the PC carbine have the same trigger group. Am I wrong?
