jacala
A rag and some car polish should make it a lot better to see the powder level.

Get your customer number from the back of the catalog and that will speed up the process. The hold time was a bit stiff (14 minutes) but Dillon stands behind their products. No shipping charges for replacement parts on a press that is 27 years old. Thank you Dillon!!!! Mine was perfectly clear until I left some Titegroup in it overnight. Now the bottom half of the hopper is dingy looking and has a fish scale texture to it on the inside. The new one seems to have issues with powder clinging to the sides due to static. The old one never does.. As long as I can see thru it I'll keep using the old one.. Tha discoloration in the hopper is partially graphite buildup from the powder's surface treatment. Since graphite is conductive, it won't hold a static charge and that is probably why the "dirty" hopper doesn't have the problem.
