Recommended Posts

10X bushing $60 from Cajun, CZ Custom Accubushing $350 installed... which one is better or better said, more precise?  Undecided so I need some guidance~  Thanks~

Ive got the 10x in my shadow 2. I put a single ragged hole with 10rds at 20y standing. Not too sure what more you could get out of a $350 service and 8-10 weeks

I feel the same but the Accubushing is fitted to the frame and barrel both do the job I assumed, but at the end nothing beats a hand fitted barrel, proper machining and tight tolerances.  You get what you paid for is a true testament~

How will the pistol be used? Fairly certain adding Accubushing to CZ 75 SP01 for USPSA Product or CO not legal. Since USPSA published new rulebook the first of March will have check.

List is updated. Looks like Accubushings are good to go.

I think you'll find inconsistent results from switching to the 10x bushing.  If your current bushing fit is loose, it will probably help.  But I've installed 3 on my Shadows and never saw any measurable difference.  My Accu Shadow is absolutely more accurate.  But even then, I'm talking about a 1.2" group vs a 1.8" group.  So, nothing that would make a difference in your match standing.

USPSA App. D4 21.6. Exchange of minor EXTERNAL components. Sights, ... bushings, ... MAY be replaced with OFM or aftermarket parts. Exchange of OFM parts between different models on the Production approved guns is allowed.

This opens the door wide open based on my understanding of the rule. Parts from any approved CZ75 can be used on any other approved CZ75.

Then there is the catch all on special instructions 2. Unless specifically authorized above, modifications are prohibited.

Allowed or done? Never saw anything such as NROI ruling on it. 2019 and earlier rulebooks did not mention bushings which meant not allowed since not specifically mentioned as approved. Also, wonder how NROI defines “model.” Is the CZ75 a model or are CZ75 SP-01, CZ 75 Shadow, or Shadow 2 three different models? CZ USA lists them as a Series. Are CZ75 full size a different model from compact series?Rulebook wording is too vague which is opening the barn door wider than it was and makes decisions for competitors and match staff harder to enforce.

Yeah I had an SP01 Accushadow and it was a-okay for Production.  IDPA/SSP may be another story, but I could shoot it in ESP.
