Self Correcting Magwell PT EVO

I tried the limcat magwell on my PT EVO Grips. It took some fitting. It does not fit the EVO PT grips ideally. I ended up with the PT magwell. I installed it on two identical guns. One took no fitting at all, the other one was a little tight. Both work fine. I like the feel of the PT better as it gives you more room for your grip and I do not have large hands. The PT grip is slightly lighter compared to the Limcat.

Looking to upgrade the Magwell in a PT EVO Grip.  What are the recommendations?

LIMCAT / Akai / Dawson / PT / EMG

Looking for a self correcting and minimum fitting Magwell.

Get a PT self correcting magwell. No fitting required.

If it is an EVO grip, there should be no fitting needed.

I have a PT evo grip, went with the PT magwell, dropped right on, no issues.

Folks thanks for the feedback.  Leaning towards a PT Magwell (no fitting) or a LIMCAT Stainless Steel (fitting req'd).

I put the Limcat on PT EVO grip. Don’t let the “fitting” scare you. I’m an absolute idiot and I was able to do the fitting in minutes with a cheap old file I found in my garage. It’s not hard at all.

I sent my PT evo sent to Hayes custom guns for the grip modification. I'm able to kept my Dawson Ice magwell. The mags reload very easy now. I don't need any longer mags that the self correcting magwells would have required for me.

It was the cheaper option for me being in a ban state.

The magwell funnels down to the shape of a mag to guide the mag into the proper position. Some were jamming mags in traditional magwells.

It saves you from that one bad mag reload...

I have the Cheely Magwell on my other gun and the self-correcting works great.
