echase1
I am trying to get the trigger feel of my limited to feel like my Stock II. What would be needed to get the "break point" of the trigger to be the same as the DA trigger I have on my S2? Could I just swap out the Trigger, Disco, sear and Hammer and get roughly the same feel? HesedTech
Do everything the same with the Limited you did with the S2. Polish, parts, springs, and whatever make them the same.
bigfish
I have multiples of a few different guns. While the triggers feel very close to each other, no two gun feel exactly the same even though the have all the same parts. Just something to keep in mind
gnappi
I'm no longer shooting competition (but plan on starting up again soon) but when I did the minor differences "in the heat of battle" between triggers on my 1911's didn't matter, I was pretty much just spanking the trigger. I think that as long as the FCG are the same on both, most will not notice in a match unless the differences between guns are huge. Then again, I'd unlikely feel a hardball under my mattress let alone a pea
