021411
Just wanted to know if the “brake” on the end of the shroud actually works or is just for show? I can reload for PCC but want to stick with factory 115gr ammo if possible. Just easier to order in bulk and be done. Link to comment
1sickPuppy
Not sure how effective it is, but there is a lot of blast that comes out, enough to break weak PCC barriers. I wish the brake had holes in the top, maybe work better. Link to comment
Apexer
As puppy said above, there is a lot of blast out of the comp. I only shoot factory ammo, and mine grouped better at 25, and shoots softer with 115 grain. Link to comment
Darqusoull13
It does direct the gas so yeah, it works. 115's shoot great out of mine. I wouldn't feel like I gained anything using factory ammo over a reload especially with the PCC and PowerFactor specific loads available now. Link to comment
021411
Thanks for the info. If I can’t get a local shop to cut the shroud on my Taccom ULW I’ll switch it to the JP. Link to comment
