A 5" 627 that is properly set up will do everything you will ever need it to do in competition.  I have never bothered switching over to the 929--especially since I likely own the world's largest supply of .38 Short Colt brass.  😊

Rick is excellent. He fine tuned a couple Smith revo's for me that I truely wish i still had.

just got the 929 back from TKC today. had everything done except the Adj.Main Spring.

Everything exactly as i expected... PURRRRFECT. cant wait to put some rounds down range.
