Anyone using STI Staccato C for IDPA?

I just purchased one and would like to use it in a few matches. Local club isn't strict but I'm curious if it qualifies in any specific category. Also if anyone is using the standard 8+1 or any upgrades to 9 or 10 round.

Not familiar with the Staccato C but probably the ESP division.

Might make CCP with a single sided safety if that got width down to 1 3/8"

It's SAO, 3.9" Barrel, Single Stack 9mm - 8rd. It seems like it would be ESP due to SAO but maybe also CCP.

Good point. The club I usually shoot with doesn't use a measurement box or anything but I'm thinking it may be CCP as well.

I use one, shot it at the sheepdog. You either have to grind down the right side safety, or put a single on it. In order for it to fit in the CCP box. I put a single on mine, another friend filed his down. I think the single is better. The Wilson mags are better then the STI mags it comes with. But it makes an awesome CCP gun, except for having to Barney a stupid round.
