Case feeder sending cases the wrong end up

I haven't used mine in years but there is a small adjustment at the top of the feeder that needs to be corrected.  Rick K told me about it when I first got my case feeder.  Too bad he no longer supports them,  I think he retired.

OK tell me about the band on the PW arm... is it there to keep it from flopping over?

 

I have a PW as well, but really only use it for brass processing runs myself.

What the purpose of that was for some reason that motor had just a little bit of playing in it so as it would complete the

cycle it had a little quick noise so I put that rubber strap on there which kept tension on it and got rid of the noise.
