Sarge
What are RPM specs on original casefeeder motors? I just put a new motor in mine and it’s about 4 RPM on low and about 4.5 RPM on hi. I think it’s running too fast on low. I thought they were supposed to be 3 & 4 RPM Edited November 19, 2019 by Sarge
tmz
Quite some time back I read on the Dillon forms on low speed they run between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 RPMs and on high speed they run 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 RPMs just something I had read I personally don’t know this. Sarge
I actually just got a chat reply from Dillon. Specs are 3.3 & 4.1 RPM. I said mine was about 4 & 4.5 and they said a little high but not a bad motor. I guess my old motor had been failing for awhile as it was pretty slow on low until it was finally barely moving. MemphisMechanic
There is a dramatic difference on both my 650 and 1050 units. Around double the speed.

That’s what I always thought as well. I used to just run mine on low because it always stayed ahead of my pace. But towards the end I could easily out run it so I was running on hi.
