TSO optic mount torque?

I have a new TSO and want to install the CZC frame mount and an SRO with my thumb rest.  I have all three pieces, but nothing came with instructions.  What torque settings should I use for attaching the mount/thumb rest to the frame and the SRO to the mount? Should I use Loc Tite?  Is it recommended to install the boss pins to the mount?  I’d have to have someone do this.

I mounted the same mount on my TSO with a trijicon RMR type 2.

 

I torque mine to about 15 in lbs. and used blue loctite. For my trijicon, I torqued it to about 20 in lbs.

 

 I also installed the boss. There are different sizes in the baggie so chose the correct size,

 

Its easy to do it. Just do it yourself.

Thanks for the response.  Any pics or videos of installing the bosses?  I was under the impression that machining was involved.

They take the brunt of the force instead of the screws especially when the red dots are slide mounted. It also keeps them in place.
