SaM3000
I have had my M3000 for about 4 years and 8000 rounds. Has anyone else experienced the carrier spring plate coming loose from the trigger housing assembly?
Exonautic
My m3000 is still fairly new so I haven't had the issue you're talking about, but I have had the trigger pins start to walk out the side of the receiver after a long string of shots. GunCat
The plate is easily removed/replaced when the spring and strut is removed - that is normal. Did your plate break while the trigger group was in the receiver? I have seen that issue 1 or 2 times (out of the many guns we've seen).
SaM3000
The plate simply slipped out of the reciever while I was shooting. I disassembled and put the plate, spring, and strut back in and reassembled. I tried some red loctite to keep the plate in place and it seems to have helped. I loctited the plate into the reciever and after it dried replaced the spring and strut. I have since fired 300 rounds with no issue. Hopefully that holds up.
