SIG MPX gas valve detent and spring removal

Title says it all.

I am looking for either a video or written instructions on how to remove the gas valve detent and spring. 

 

If anyone has a link for either please post them for me. thanks in advance.

I have the detent and the spring and the pin. Those all came with my spare parts kit.

I had seen a video on how to remove the detent and cannot find it again.
