Inverted Cases on 650 Case Feeder

Moving casefeeder on the up stroke and down stroke.. Find a way to bolt down the casefeeder to a wall if you have one near you.. I'll upload a pix later to show how I fixed that problem.. No more upside down cases.

And if your bench isn’t screwed into the wall you need to do this first. I promise you my bench was sturdier than yours: 250lbs... and built with 4x4s for the beams with a 1.5” thick top.

 

Lagging it into the studs still made a huge difference.

I agree with having to many cases or too much wobble will cause cases to be upside down more often. 

 

Also, if you ever have cases jam up near where they drop down, watch the video below. Its a simple, cheap, easy fix, but I've never had a single jam since adding those pieces of plastic (a curved piece of a ziploc cup or plastic cup works great to get the curve).
