Power Point

Couple of things I found quickly online.......

http://www.powerpoint-to-dvd.com/

http://www.downloadjunction.com/product/software/31135/

http://www.softforall.com/Multimedia/Video...nal07070244.htm

http://www.filehungry.com/english/relates/...werpoint_to_dvd

(Disclaimer: I have no experience with these. It just indicates that, yes, you CAN convert PowerPoint to other media types).

One of the best ways to get it into the hands of folks without PowerPoint is to "Save As" and select the JPEG option which will result in a folder of JPEG images of all the slides. That works for anyone and is emailable if there aren't too many slides. Otherwise the export to movie method is still my preferred way to hand it to someone without the bucks for PPT. Just burn it to a CD and send it to them via snail mail. It will show them any animations you use that way and be the most reliable way if their machine supports the codec you use (QuickTime, or Windows Media).

Note: PPT Package needs a copy of PPT on the system to play.
