Sarge
Congrats and good for RMR! Just read a whole thread over there. 38SC IPSC is the ammo they are making. Good bullets(RMR),good brass(Starline),good primers(CCI). But CFE for powder?!? There must be 8-10 better choices for SuperComp.

You tell us. Your screen name matches the vendor link from The Highroad so I'm guessing you have access to the ammo.

warpspeed
The RMR bullets are excellent bullets and hand loaded to a specific gun they should perform like the photos. Does that answer your original question?

Chances are, fact that ELEY chose RMR bullet may be because during their testing and evaluation, RMR bullets were more consistent and produced smaller groups. Perhaps. Open gun handling depends a bunch on loads tailored to that gun. And CFE is still just WAC which is pretty far down the list for
JohnnyD
I love their 124 MPR JHP's...I hope they have a good Black Friday deal again. I have loaded all of them up already. They shoot lights out in my PCC.

You know, people are going to be skeptical...especially about a member who joined in 2013 and waited 6 years to make a post...and then that post is essentially advertising RMR bullets. Perhaps join in on some of the other discussions going on...

LiveLife
I was just trying to validate my identity as a longtime poster on a gun forum in reloading category and my efforts to "myth bust" using factual objective repeatable measurements (As much as possible as I am human and still learning) while focusing on helping other members/reloaders solve their reloading issues. fastluck13
I don’t blame the guy for sharing. I would do the same thing if I had anything worthwhile to offer. I have shot a bunch of the 124 grain rn bullets and they have been great. Solid bullets, fast shipping, seems like good people. Eley or not I would endorse them. Oh no. I am not the manufacturer who is "longdayjake" on THR. I am "bds" on THR. We have seen him go from pre law school days selling bulk/closeout/blemished bullets on the side to become a true "mom and pop" American dream and celebrated together when he first bought a refurbished bullet making machine. I have been a reader/lurker since 2013 and had planned to start posting after retirement this year and ELEY/RMR news happened to be my first post ... sorry, not intentional. ddc
I think some of you guys are confusing the "kks" who is the OP with Kilough Shooting Sports who is referenced in the THR thread. I would assume that if Kilough Shooting Sports chose to post here and was going to use a three letter acronym for their screen name that it might be "kss". "bds" from THR is a legit and long time poster over there who typically takes a measured approach to shooting and reloading. I read his posts with interest. If he were to start posting here as well that would not be a bad thing. Edited August 12, 2019 by ddc correction

rowdyb
I've shot a lot of rmr bullets over the years. I like them just fine and they are a good supporter of shooting sports. You get nice load data cards, stickers and often a hand written note or cartoon in your order. An enjoyable human touch. Negative? Issues with items I want being consistent in stock. That's it.
