Rpope423 Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 I’m currently in process of building a gen 3 22 for limited and I’m goin the sight block route. I’ve got a Dawson adjustable rear sight on the way but I’m curious what height front sight I need with it having sight block. This is what my logic is, a 22 is the same length of a 35 with a sight block, since I don’t have a 35 could I measure the height on my gen 5 34 and get it close and adjust the rear sight if needed? tha1000 Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 (edited) I think svigney sights for the 35 have a 24.5 front. I’d err on the side of too tall with an adjustable rear. dskinsler83 Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 I think he means .245. You will end up using a front sight that would normally be used with the rear you have on the way for a G24.
