RedlandsShooter
Any real life experience out there on how much brass a 9mm Lee carbide undersized-sizing/decapping die will process before it starts to go out of tolerance? It only sees wet tumbled/lubed brass if that makes a difference.
mwray
There is really no telling. You probably won’t wear the die out. Now the decapping pin you could kill at any moment. Get some spares
RJH
I don't think i have ever had one get out of tolerance, but i have had a 9mm and a 44 mag break the carbide rings. Kinda like it was either fine or broke
Malibu13
I doubt you will ever wear the die out. I run the Lee 9MM U die on a RL1050 and have well over 70K rounds through it so far with no issues. I wet tumble with SS pins and lube brass as well.
noylj
Per reading about factory ammo, they get several million rounds through the carbide before replacing.
