Black nitride Shadow 2

Recommended Posts

I’m looking to get my urban grey shadow 2 coated black nitride.

Im in the Texas DFW area wondering if any one knows a good local shop that can do it or if there is another company you guys would recommend.  Good price and turn around time.

Unless something changed my understanding was every single Shadow 2 was black nitrided at the factory and a secondary coating was applied after for the different models.

I wonder if the finish is easy to remove by bead blasting?

I’m sure it shouldn’t be a problem

I have used H & M Metal Processing for my CZ TS9 & 40, happy with the work done, they charge $250 to Black Nitride every steel part. About 2 weeks turn around time.

I’d send it straight to H&M as well, they have a plant in Arizona as well so depending on where you are located you can either send it to Ohio or Arizona.
