.Shooter’s World Cleanshot

Been loading 135 gr blue bullets using 3.35 gr Cleanshot at 1.135”. Getting ~128 PF out of a CZ P10F. It appears (based upon chrono data) as if the PF drops as the ambient temperature (temp of bullet) increases. Anyone else experience this?

Thanks for the response. I can understand how lower temps will decrease velocity of bullet. However velocity appears to drop as temperature increases when using Cleanshot.

It’s called reverse temperature sensitivity. Some powders exhibit it.

Sorry! I must have missread your post. Interesting. I have no intuition as to why that would be occurring. I have only noticed velocity increase with temperature, but I only use Titegroup.

 

I will ask around at my club and see if anyone uses cleanshot.
