MikeBurgess
Yes its expensive, yes it is worth every penny. I have one for my 627's and it is the best money I ever spent on revolver gear.

MikeyScuba
I like a tight moonclip and I was forever trying to get the moons to fit into the checker once loaded. I gave up after a while and went back to the TK It does work ok for de-mooning but I don't mind using the tube based tool. Kind of zen

Alaskan454
No matter which tool you choose they are worth the coin. I have a BMT tool for 9mm, 45 ACP, and 45 Colt. I couldn't imagine loading 10k rounds of 9mm per year without one.
PatJones
They work very well. I don't have one, but I prefer to fill my moonclips using my thumb.

That's not possible on DAA moons. It is on the ranch supply one's. I'm loading blazer 9mm on DAA with a few TK's thrown in, all .04 Edited April 16, 2019 by MikeyScuba

Prange
Worth every penny. I have one for .45ACP, 9mm,(7-shot), and .38,(both 7 and 8 shot). I still have the one for my old 646. I no longer have the gun, though.

Tell you what if you buy one and you don’t think it was worth the money I will buy it from you. But make sure it is for 8 round 38 Super as that is what I need. Running Winchester brass and .04 clips (I think, been a while since I bought them) the fit is so tight that I do not think the bmt would be up to it. gwalia
A friend who shoots 1000's of rounds in steel challenge uses the BMT but TK clips being so hard rounded of the edges. He to mentioned the fact that they don't always seat fully on TK Having said that, i have one in 38 and think it's the best one if have got.
