Bullet feeder

Anyone have experience with the 9mm Double Alpha Mini bullet feeder.

Does it save much time? It would be mounted on a Dillon 550

I don't remember anyone talking re: the DAMBF, but

there are some very good discussions of bullet feeders

in the past few weeks.

 

Most people seem to agree that, even thought they're

expensive, they're worth their weight in Gold.

I haven’t used one but I did setup something similar years ago using a Hornady BF die and copper tubes.

You spend more time filling tubes then you save.

Either stick with placing Bullets manually or get an MBF

It does in a 650/1050 but on a 550 not too much, just saves getting the finger/thumb cramp on the left hand.  I'm running the KISS bullet feeder, the fore runner the MBF, on a 1050.  Had that for over 11 years.

I ran one on my Pro 2000. To me it was well worth it. I was able increase my output by 37%. Pro 2000 has 5 stages so I was able to seat and crimp separately. All I needed to do was manually advance the shell plate and put a fresh piece of brass in.
